Decision No 716/2009/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 establishing a Community programme to support specific activities in the field of financial services, financial reporting and auditing · European Union

Operating grants shall be granted only to finance the operating costs and expenses of the beneficiaries including the running of their secretariats and the remuneration of their employees. In the event of renewal, operating grants shall not be automatically decreased.
