Directive 2009/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2009 on airport charges (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 15 March 2011. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
