Directive 2009/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2009 on airport charges (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union
Member States shall publish a list of the airports on their territory to which this Directive applies. This list shall be based on data from the Commission (Eurostat) and shall be updated annually.
