Directive 2009/16/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on port State control (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall ensure that inspectors receive appropriate training in relation to changes to the port State control system applied in the Community as laid down in this Directive and amendments to the Conventions.
