Directive 2009/16/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on port State control (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall adopt and publish, by 31 December 2010, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive.
