Directive 2009/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on injunctions for the protection of consumers' interests (Codified version) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Member States shall communicate to the Commission the provisions of national law which they adopt in the field covered by this Directive.
