The following rule shall be applied for the purpose of accounting for electricity generated from wind power in a given Member State: Q_(N(norm)) = (C_(N) + C_(N–1) / 2) × (Σ_(i=N-n)^(N)Q_(i) / Σ_(j=N-n)^(N)(C_(j) + C_(j–1) / 2)) where:
