planned use of statistical transfers between Member States and planned participation in joint projects with other Member States and third countries: the estimated excess production of energy from renewable sources compared to the indicative trajectory which could be transferred to other Member States; the estimated potential for joint projects; the estimated demand for energy from renewable sources to be satisfied by means other than domestic production.
