4. Greenhouse gas emission saving from biofuels and bioliquids shall be calculated as: SAVING = (E_(F) – E_(B))/E_(F), where E_(B)= total emissions from the biofuel or bioliquid; and E_(F)= total emissions from the fossil fuel comparator.
