Directive 2009/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 May 2009 on foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Every three years, and for the first time before 8 July 2002, the Commission shall send the European Parliament and the Council a report on the implementation of this Article.
