Aero-engines designed or modified for military use which have been certified by civil aviation authorities in a Wassenaar Arrangement participating state for use in ‘civil aircraft’, or specially designed components therefor; Reciprocating engines or specially designed components therefor, except those specially designed for unmanned airborne vehicles.
