Directive 2009/72/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 concerning common rules for the internal market in electricity and repealing Directive 2003/54/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The rights referred to in points (b) and (c) of paragraph 1 shall include, in particular: the power to exercise voting rights; the power to appoint members of the supervisory board, the administrative board or bodies legally representing the undertaking; or the holding of a majority share.
