Directive 2009/81/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of procedures for the award of certain works contracts, supply contracts and service contracts by contracting authorities or entities in the fields of defence and security, and amending Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5a(1) to (4) and Article 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof. With regard to the revision of the thresholds laid down in Article 8, the time-limits laid down in Article 5a(3)(c), (4)(b) and (e) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at four, two and six weeks respectively, in view of the time constraints resulting from the calculation and publication methods laid down in the second subparagraph of Article 69(1) and Article 69(3) of Directive 2004/17/EC.
