Directive 2009/127/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 amending Directive 2006/42/EC with regard to machinery for pesticide application (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall adopt and publish the provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 15 June 2011 at the latest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof. They shall apply those provisions from 15 December 2011. When those provisions are adopted by Member States, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such a reference on the occasion of their official publication. The methods of making such reference shall be laid down by Member States.
