Solvency II
Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of Insurance and Reinsurance (Solvency II) (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The following information about the life insurance undertaking shall be communicated: the name of the undertaking and its legal form; the name of the Member State in which the head office and, where appropriate, the branch concluding the contract is situated; the address of the head office and, where appropriate, of the branch concluding the contract; a concrete reference to the report on the solvency and financial condition as laid down in Article 51, allowing the policy holder easy access to this information.
