Solvency II
Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of Insurance and Reinsurance (Solvency II) (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

CEIOPS shall attend the European Parliament annually for a general parliamentary committee hearing. Where such attendance coincides with the reporting requirement of CEIOPS under Article 71(3), that requirement shall be met, as regards the European Parliament, by the attendance of CEIOPS at that hearing.
