until such time as new tests are performed, if the results of surveillance carried out in accordance with the conditions laid down in Chapters II and III for infection by Salmonella pullorum, Salmonella gallinarum, Salmonella arizonae, Mycoplasma gallisepticum or Mycoplasma meleagridis give cause to suspect infection;
