Article 125

The President of the Office shall be appointed by the Council from a list of at most three candidates, which shall be prepared by the Administrative Board. Power to dismiss the President shall lie with the Council, acting on a proposal from the Administrative Board. The term of office of the President shall not exceed five years. This term of office shall be renewable. The Vice-President or Vice-Presidents of the Office shall be appointed or dismissed as in paragraph 1, after consultation of the President. The Council shall exercise disciplinary authority over the officials referred to in paragraphs 1 and 3.
