Article 167

Council Regulation (EC) No 207/2009 of 26 February 2009 on the Community trade mark (codified version) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Member States shall within three years following entry into force of Regulation (EC) No 40/94 take the necessary measures for the purpose of implementing Articles 95 and 114.
