Codified version

Regulation (EC) No 401/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the European Environment Agency and the European Environment Information and Observation Network (Codified version) · European Union

The Management Board shall elect its chairman from among its members for a period of three years and shall adopt its rules of procedure. Each member of the Management Board shall have a vote. The Management Board shall elect a bureau to which it may delegate executive decisions, according to the rules that it shall adopt.
