paragraph 2 of point (d) (Form) shall be replaced by the following: ‘2. The turnover variable (No 120) is also to be transmitted in working-day adjusted form. Wherever other variables show working-day effects, Member States may also transmit those variables in working-day adjusted form. The list of variables to be transmitted in working-day adjusted form may be amended by the Commission. Those measures, designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation by supplementing it, shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 18(3).’;
