Article 20

Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 concerning type-approval requirements for the general safety of motor vehicles, their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended therefor (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 November 2011. Article 13(15), Article 14 and points 1(a)(iii), 1(b)(iii) and (iv), 2(c), 3(a)(iii), 3(b)(iii), 3(c)(iii), 3(d)(iii), 3(e)(iii) and 3(f)(i) of Annex III shall apply from 20 August 2009. Points 1(a)(i), 1(b)(i), 2(a), 3(a)(i), 3(b)(i), 3(c)(i), 3(d)(i), 3(e)(i) and 3(f)(ii) of Annex III shall apply from 1 November 2014. Points 1(a)(ii), 1(b)(ii), 2(b), 3(a)(ii), 3(b)(ii), 3(c)(ii), 3(d)(ii), 3(e)(ii) and point 4 of Annex III shall apply from 1 November 2017.
