Regulation (EC) No 661/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 concerning type-approval requirements for the general safety of motor vehicles, their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended therefor (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

In addition to the requirements contained in Articles 5, 8, 9, 10 and 12 and the implementing measures thereof, vehicles of categories N and O shall, where relevant, meet the requirements set out in paragraphs 2 to 5 of this Article and the implementing measures thereof.
