Regulation (EC) No 713/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing an Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Director shall send the Court of Auditors a reply to the latter’s observations by 15 October. He shall also send a copy of that reply to the Administrative Board and the Commission.
