Article 3

Regulation (EC) No 713/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing an Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Agency shall comprise: an Administrative Board, which shall exercise the tasks set out in Article 13; a Board of Regulators, which shall exercise the tasks set out in Article 15; a Director, who shall exercise the tasks set out in Article 17; and a Board of Appeal, which shall exercise the tasks set out in Article 19.
