(14) The Agency should contribute to the implementation of the guidelines on trans-European energy networks as laid down in Decision No 1364/2006/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 September 2006 laying down guidelines for trans-European energy networks OJ L 262, 22.9.2006, p. 1. , in particular when providing its opinion on the non-binding Community-wide ten-year network development plans (Community-wide network development plans) in accordance with Article 6(3) of this Regulation.
