Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on substances that deplete the ozone layer (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

By the date specified in a notice issued by the Commission, importers of substances referred to in points (a), (b) and (c) of paragraph 1 shall declare to the Commission the anticipated demand, specifying the nature and quantities of controlled substances needed. On the basis of those declarations the Commission shall establish quantitative limits to the imports of substances referred to in points (a), (b) and (c) of paragraph 1.
