Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on substances that deplete the ozone layer (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

This Regulation shall apply to controlled substances, to new substances and to products and equipment containing or relying on controlled substances.
