Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on substances that deplete the ozone layer (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Regulation (EC) No 2037/2000 shall be repealed as from 1 January 2010. References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex VIII. This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2010.
