Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on credit rating agencies (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The credit rating agency shall submit an application for registration to CESR. The application shall contain information on the matters set out in Annex II.
