11.

Following receipt of the opinion of EFSA, the following shall be adopted: either a measure authorising an alternative method of use or disposal of animal by-products or derived products; or a measure rejecting the authorisation of such an alternative method. Those measures, designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation by supplementing it, shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 52(4).
