Article 50

Animal by-products Regulation

Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002 (Animal by-products Regulation) · European Union

Article 46 of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 shall apply mutatis mutandis to Community controls in third countries carried out to verify compliance with this Regulation. Article 50(1)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the phased introduction of the requirements of Article 41(3) of this Regulation. Article 52 of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 shall apply mutatis mutandis to third-country controls in Member States related to operations under this Regulation.
