Member States shall compile a file on each application. Each file shall contain the following: a copy of the application; a report containing information on the evaluation of and decision on the plant protection product; the format of the report shall be established in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 79(2); a record of the administrative decisions taken by the Member State concerning the application and of the documentation provided for in Article 33(3) and Article 34 together with a summary of the latter; the approved label, where applicable.
