Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives 79/117/EEC and 91/414/EEC · European Union

By way of derogation from Article 28(1), a Member State may, for a period of 5 years following the adoption of the programme referred to in Article 26, authorise the placing on the market in its territory of plant protection products containing safeners and synergists, which have not been approved, where they are included in that programme.
