Council Regulation (EU) No 1286/2009 of 22 December 2009 amending Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida network and the Taliban · European Union

The second subparagraph of Article 5(1)(a) is replaced by the following: ‘In particular, available information in respect of funds or economic resources owned or controlled by persons designated by the United Nations Security Council or the Sanctions Committee and listed in Annex I during the period of six months before the entry into force of this Regulation shall be provided;’;
