Council Regulation (EU) No 1286/2009 of 22 December 2009 amending Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida network and the Taliban · European Union

In Article 7, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following: ‘1. The Commission shall be empowered to: (a) amend Annex I, where necessary in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 7b(2), and (b) amend Annex II on the basis of information supplied by Member States.’;
