Council Regulation (EU) No 1286/2009 of 22 December 2009 amending Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida network and the Taliban · European Union

(3) An article providing for certain exceptions was inserted in that Regulation by means of Council Regulation (EC) No 561/2003 of 27 March 2003 OJ L 82, 29.3.2003, p. 1. . The non-objection period referred to in that Article should be brought in line with UN Security Council Resolution 1735 of 22 December 2006.
