2010/122/: Commission Decision of 25 February 2010 amending, for the purposes of adapting to scientific and technical progress, the Annex to Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards an exemption for an application of cadmium (notified under document C(2010) 1034) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

In the Annex to Directive 2002/95/EC, the following point 39 is added: ‘39. Cadmium in colour-converting II-VI LEDs (< 10 μg Cd per mm^(2) of light-emitting area) for use in solid state illumination or display systems until 1 July 2014.’
