Member States shall promote and take measures for the development of media literacy skills. By 19 December 2022 and every three years thereafter, Member States shall report to the Commission on the implementation of paragraph 1. The Commission shall, after consulting the Contact Committee, issue guidelines regarding the scope of such reports.
