Each Member State shall ensure that a media service provider under its jurisdiction shall make easily, directly and permanently accessible to the recipients of a service at least the following information: its name; the geographical address at which it is established; the details, including its email address or website, which allow it to be contacted rapidly in a direct and effective manner; the Member State having jurisdiction over it and the competent regulatory authorities or bodies or supervisory bodies.
