Commission Directive 2010/16/EU of 9 March 2010 amending Directive 2006/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the exclusion of a certain institution from the scope of application (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

In Article 2 of Directive 2006/48/EC, the following new indent is inserted after the 17th indent: ‘— in Slovenia, the “SID-Slovenska izvozna in razvojna banka, d.d. Ljubljana” ’.
