Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 2010 on the indication by labelling and standard product information of the consumption of energy and other resources by energy-related products (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Every four years, the Member States shall submit a report to the Commission including details about their enforcement activities and the level of compliance in their territory. The Commission may specify the details of the common content of these reports, through the setting of guidelines.
