(26) The measures necessary for the implementation of this Directive should be adopted by means of implementing acts in accordance with Article 291 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU). It is particularly important that the European Parliament receive draft measures and draft implementing acts as well as any other relevant information before the Commission decides on the equivalence of prospectuses drawn up in a particular third country.
