DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The Commission shall by 1 September 2026 adopt an implementing act establishing the method for assessing compliance under normal operating conditions with emission limit values set out in the permit with regard to emissions to air and water. That implementing act shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 75(2).
