DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Where an installation falling within the scope of this Chapter also falls within the scope of Chapter III or IV and compliance with the emission limit values set in accordance with this Chapter has been demonstrated pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article, the installation shall be deemed to also comply with the emission limit values set in accordance with Chapter III or IV for the pollutants concerned under normal operating conditions.
