Where the assessment referred to in Article 15(5) demonstrates that the derogation will have a quantifiable or measurable effect on the environment, Member States shall ensure that the concentration of the pollutants concerned is monitored in the receiving environment. Where relevant, monitoring and measuring methods for each pollutant concerned which are set out in other relevant Union legislation shall be used for the purpose of the monitoring referred to in this paragraph.
