DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. This Directive shall apply to the industrial activities giving rise to pollution referred to in Chapters II to VIa. 2. This Directive shall not apply to research activities, development activities or the testing of new products and processes.
