Article 24 › 3

The competent authority shall also make available to the public, including systematically via the internet, on a webpage which is easy to find, free of charge and without restricting access to registered users, the following: (a) relevant information on the measures taken by the operator upon definitive cessation of activities in accordance with Article 22; (b) the results of emission monitoring as required under the permit conditions and held by the competent authority; (c) the results of the monitoring referred to in Article 16(4) and in Article 18.
