DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall ensure that the operator carries out monitoring of emissions and of associated environmental performance levels in accordance with the uniform conditions for operating rules referred to in Article 70i.
