DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) (Recast) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The competent authority shall make available to the public, including systematically via the internet, free of charge and without restricting access to registered users, the following documents and information: (a) the permit or the registration; (b) the results of the consultations held in accordance with paragraph 1; (c) the general binding rules referred to in Article 6 which are applicable to installations falling within the scope of this Chapter; and (d) the reports of inspections of the installations falling within the scope of this Chapter.
